Ms. Perkins is an elderly widow whose low income makes her eligible for SNAP benefits. She lives in a mobile home park where managers regularly make home inspections and require residents to make requested repairs under threat of eviction. We will be taking care of several big items that will enable Ms. Perkins to remain safely in her home.
